Our service includes guidance on your personal Spotlight, crafting compelling representation emails, and perfecting your self-tape. Cancellation Policy
For Headshot, SongReel and VoiceReel bookings, you can reschedule for a £20 fee as long as we have 72 hours notice before the date and time of your original session. If the request is made within the 72 - 25 hour window, a reschedule will cost £50. If a reschedule is requested within 24 hours of the session, this will result in a £75 fee or the loss of your deposit. AktaReel sessions (monologue and duologue) can be rescheduled for a £20 of charge if we have a month's notice before the session date and time. Any request made within a month will result in a £50 charge. Any request made 24 hours before the session will result in a £75 charge or the loss of your deposit. A second reschedule request will cost £50 regardless of the time requested, unless it is within the 24 hours before the session where it will result in a £75 fee or the loss of your deposit.
