Cancellation Policy

For Headshot and VoiceReel bookings, you can reschedule for free as long as we have 72 hours notice before the date and time of your original session. If the request is made within the 72-hour window, a reschedule will cost £50. AktaReel sessions can be rescheduled free of charge if we have a month's notice before the session date and time. Any request made within a month will result in a £50 charge.
