Casting Workshop with Finnian Tweed from Sophie Holland's Office

Limited: 20 Actors. A 3-hour workshop, where you will have the chance to speak 1-on-1 with Finnian Tweed and perform a scenes from TV/Film of your choice. You will then be redirected and given feedback. Finnian encourages you to watch each other's pieces and listen to their feedback, as you may learn just as much from this as your own. The workshop will conclude with a short Q & A for any leftover questions, and/or career advice.

Finnian Tweed is a Casting Director working in leading film, TV, and theatre. Finnian most notably worked under Sophie Holland on Netflix’s hugely successful 8 part series 'The Witcher', as well as working as a casting associate with Sophie on ‘Young Wallander’ for Yellow Bird UK/Netflix.

Notable theatre credits include: ‘HARRY POTTER & THE CURSED CHILD’, Palace Theatre. (Director: John Tiffany). ‘BLUE/ORANGE’ at Young Vic. (Director: Matthew Xia) ‘YERMA’ at Young Vic with Billie Piper. (Director: Simon Stone). ‘Hamlet’ at the Barbican (Sonia Friedman Productions, Director: Lyndsey Turner).

In 2018 he worked with Gary Davy on a number of shows including ‘The Spanish Princess’ for Starz. Prior to that, working at the BBC where his Casting Director credits included ‘Doctors’ and ‘The Break’ Series 2 (BBC3). He also worked on several award-winning shows at the BBC including: ‘Holby City’, ‘Father Brown’, and ‘Shakespeare and Hathaway’.
